Rolland Baribeau, chief operating officer, joined Property Group Partners in 1981 and assumed all operational, leasing and management activities. He oversaw the company’s transformation from an investment-oriented real estate owner to an active manager, operator and developer of first-class office buildings. Before joining Property Group Partners, Mr. Baribeau was vice president of Eastern Canada for Trizec Equities and was responsible for approximately 10 million square feet of office, retail and multi-use properties. He is a graduate of College Vieux-Montreal and has a degree in business administration.
