Matthew S. Burbridge, vice president of acquisitions, is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions in major metropolitan markets as well as financing transactions, due diligence and asset management. Prior to joining Property Group Partners in 2012, he was a member of Cadence Capital Group in New York, advising on equity and debt placement for commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Mr. Burbridge previously worked at AREA Property Partners in New York and in the real estate group at TD Securities in Toronto. He graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and has a master's degree in real estate finance and investment from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
