David A. Happ oversees all leasing and management activities of the firm’s holdings in New York and the Washington metropolitan area. Prior to joining Property Group Partners in 1999 in Chicago, he was vice president and general manager of U. S. Equities, Inc., where he oversaw general operations for its east coast management and leasing activities. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and has served on several BOMA commissions. He attended Northwestern University.
