LDW Resort & Hotel Development was established by Property Group Partners in 2000 for the specific purpose of developing luxury resort and hotel properties in partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. LDW is a joint venture of Property Group Partners and The Woodbridge Company Limited. The Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole in Wyoming opened in December 2003, and the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley opened in March 2006.
