Kaiser Permanente at 700 Second StreetProperty Group Partners is the owner and developer of the 5.5-acre site at Second and F Streets NE. Designed by Kevin Roche, Station Place will consist of three, 10-story buildings, offering direct acces to Union Station and views of the Capitol. The first phase is expected to be ready for occupancy by the SEC in 2004. Cushman & Wakefield handled the negotiations for the record-setting SEC lease and is the exclusive leasing agent for the remaining 880,000 square feet.
