Overview
Georgetown Plaza was a mixed-use project developed by Property Group Partners and completed in 1979. It combined office and retail space with a luxury hotel, and the contemporary brick structures were designed to be compatible with the historic architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. The office tower was converted in 1998 to add 60 luxury rooms and suites to the hotel. An enclosed glass and brick walkway connects the original building with the new wing, and a comprehensive health club and fitness center includes massage rooms and a variety of spa treatment facilities. The Four Seasons Hotel was sold in 2006.
